HSPCB stands for Haryana State Pollution Control Board, which is a body that ensures that industries/businesses are operating within the controlled limits of pollution/combustion levels in Haryana State and issues No Objection Certificates to each business based on the level of pollutant an industry/establishment releases. Pollution license basically categorize in two

  • CTE – Consent to operate
  • The Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act – 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act – 1981 both require CTE-Consent to Establishment before you can start your company or enterprise. Before starting a company, you must obtain CTE from the appropriate State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB). The procedure begins with the submission of an application in the specified format, along with the appropriate documentation and fees, and is followed by an inspection.
  • CTO- Consent to establish
  • CTO- Consent to Operate is a no-objection certificate issued by the State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) to enable you to operate your business after receiving your CTE NOC from the SPCB (HSPCB) in accordance with the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1981. The procedure entails filing the appropriate application in the specified format, along with the necessary documentation and fees, followed by inspection and the issuance of a CTO.
